Agreement & Policies

By submitting this request, I acknowledge that:

  • Laundry must be securely bagged in standard 13-gallon bags unless otherwise arranged

  • Oversized or specialty items (comforters, duvets, bulk towels) may incur additional fees

  • Typical turnaround time is 24–48 hours, with larger commercial loads requiring additional time

  • Linen + Suds Co. does not provide item-by-item inventory tracking

  • Missed pickups due to lack of access or items not being left out may require rescheduling and a missed pickup fee

Laundry Volume & Billing Policy

Commercial laundry is billed based on volume or linen type, depending on your selected service option:

  • Per-Bag Accounts: Laundry must be securely bagged in standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bags for pickup. Each full bag counts as one bag for billing.

  • Bulk Linen Accounts (Gyms/Spas/Salons): Pricing is based on towel or linen volume and will be confirmed after review.

  • Oversized or overfilled bags may be counted as additional bags for billing purposes.

  • Clean laundry is returned in clear protective packaging unless Linen + Suds Co. reusable totes are being used.

  • Final pricing will always be confirmed with the client before service begins.
