Your first weekly subscription includes one complimentary reusable Linen + Suds tote for your clean, neatly folded laundry.​ Tote offer applies to standard subscription plans. Custom plans may vary.

​Additional totes are available for $15 each, as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I skip a week if I don’t need service?

Yes — we understand some weeks are lighter than others.
Because your subscription reserves a weekly pickup spot on our schedule, unused pickups do not roll over. 

 

If you’ll be away, just let us know ahead of time and we’re happy to skip that week and resume your regular service the following pickup. For longer breaks, subscriptions can be paused before your next billing cycle.

How does billing work?

Plans are priced weekly for simplicity, but subscriptions are billed once every 4 weeks (monthly billing cycle).

What if I need more than my plan includes?

No problem. Additional Linen + Suds totes are available for $15 each, or we can create a custom plan if you need more bags per week.

​

Is there a commitment or cancellation fee?

No long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel anytime with notice before your next billing cycle.

​

What detergents do you use?
We use hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergent unless you request an upgrade.
