How Commercial Laundry Pricing Works

Commercial pricing is customized based on your weekly volume and pickup frequency.

All commercial accounts are subject to a $75 weekly minimum.
Most businesses are billed using one of two simple structures:
• Per-Bag Pricing — ideal for short-term rentals and mixed linens
• Per-Item Pricing — ideal for towels and uniform linen accounts (salons, spas, gyms)

What Goes in Laundry Bags​
For mixed-linen accounts (such as Airbnb and short-term rentals), items are collected in standard laundry bags and may include:
• Towels
• Sheets & pillowcases
• Table linens
• Small blankets
These accounts are billed per bag based on our standard capacity.
Towel-only accounts (such as salons and gyms) are billed per item for consistent, transparent pricing.
Large & Specialty Items
​
Large or specialty items are billed separately and should be set aside from standard laundry bags.
This includes:
• Comforters & duvets
• Mattress pads
• Large quilts
These items are listed as separate line items on your invoice.
