Standard 13-gallon bags are for everyday clothing only. Sheets, comforters, blankets and towels are priced separately and must be selected under Add-Ons below. Linens placed inside a clothing bag will be charged at the applicable add-on rate.

Standard Detergent: We wash all laundry using Kirkland Free & Clear (hypoallergenic, no dyes or perfumes). If you prefer a scented wash, you may select "Detergent Upgrade - (Kirkland Fresh Scent)" under Optional Add-Ons.

Please list the items needing stain treatment and place them in a separate smaller bag inside your main bag. This helps us identify them quickly and treat them properly. Please note: stain removal is not guarenteed.

Our standard wash is cold water, which protects fabrics and helps prevent shrinking or fading. If you prefer certain items washed in hot water, select “Yes” and list them below.

Agreement & Policies
I understand one standard 13-gallon kitchen bag typically holds about 12–15 lbs. Linen + Suds Co. charges by the bag, not by weight. Bags must close securely without being compressed or overfilled. Overfilled bags may be charged as an additional bag.

I understand I am responsible for removing dry-clean-only, hand-wash-only, and specialty-care items before pickup. Linen + Suds Co. is not responsible for items left in pockets, pre-existing damage, wear & tear, color bleeding, or manufacturer issues.
